I don't think that's what he's asking for. It look like he's asking for
a pre-configured TwinExpress or similar setup so he can transfer files,
not the Workbench disks themselves. That's why I recommended Amiga
Explorer, it works with noting more than the standard WB disks and a
null-modem cable.
